Klasifikasi Ahli Waris

PEMBAHASAN A.      Pengelompokkan Ahli Waris Hal-hal yang menjadikan seseorang mendapatkan hak waris: Nasabiyah  (nasab), yaitu kerabat hakiki dan adanya hubungan seseorang secara darah, baik hubungan ke atasnya seperti ayah kandung, kakek kandung dan seterusnya. Hubungan ke atas ini disebut  abuwwah . Bisa juga hubungan seseorang ke arah bawah (keturunannya) seperti dengan anak kandungnya, atau anak dari anaknya (cucu) dan seterusnya. Ahli waris nasabiyah itu seluruhnya ada 21 yang terdiri dari 13 kelompok laki-laki dan 8 kelompok perempuan.
